Maurice is responsible for the management and oversight of operations of all of the Clubs in the Toll Golf portfolio. In addition to his regular duties, Maurice leads and executes division-wide projects that include innovative communication strategies, membership programming, and internal club inspections. Joining the Toll Golf team in 2006, Maurice's professional background in the private country club industry was well developed after his eight years working with ClubCorp and five years with Fore Golf. Maurice is an Alumnus of The Ohio State University, Fischer College of Business.
Robbin works closely with Club Managers and Senior Management on all employee relations initiatives and issues. She is responsible for creating and implementing division policies, coaching managers on personnel issues, and working diligently with the clubs to assure Human Resources compliance. Robbin joined Toll Brothers in 2001 and preiously obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bonnie has been with Toll Golf since 2010 where she led the Membership Department at The Hasentree Club in Wake Forest, NC. In 2011, Bonnie worked in home sales at The Hasentree Club. In 2012, she took on a new role as Senior Membership Director with Brier Creek Country Club and The Hasentree Club. Bonnie oversees divisional sales and marketing initiatives. Bonnie graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a degree in Management of Recreational Facilities and Services, and a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation.
Assistant Vice President Accounting, Other Business
Responsible for managing the accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions for all of Toll Brothers Ancillary Businesses including Toll Golf Operations, TBI Mortgage, Westminster Title, Toll Landscape, Westminster Security, Westminster Insurance, Toll Architecture, and Eastern States Engineering. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2006, Sean worked for Wilmington Trust Company as an AVP in Corporate Client Services. Sean is an Alumnus of Ernst & Young LLP where he worked in the Audit Department specializing in the Financial Services sector. Sean received a BS degree in Accounting & Finance from Towson University; an MBA from the University of Delaware, and a CPA designation from the state of Maryland.
Senior Division Controller
Responsible for divisional accounting for all Toll Brothers Country Clubs. Phil came to Toll Brothers in 2007 with 16 years of experience in the golf industry, four of which as a General Manager. He has 10 years of private club experience and six years of multi-club experience. Phil was also an active member of the CMA and HFTP and held the title of Vice President of the Mid-Jersey Chapter. He sits on the Jonas Software Executive Steering Committee. Phil received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Upsala College.
Assistant Division Controller
As the Assistant Division Controller of Toll Brother’s Golf Division, Suzanne assists with the consolidation of monthly financial statements as well as training new accounting staff. She has been employed with Toll Brothers since 2000. During this time she was the Controller at Brier Creek Country Club in Raleigh, NC and currently at The Hasentree Club in Wake Forest, NC. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
Sharon is responsible for assisting with divisional accounting for Toll Brothers Country Clubs. Sharon comes to Toll Golf with over 15 years of experience management in the accounting administrative field. She also has an extensive background in finance and human resources, and has over 8 years’ experience in commercial lines business insurance. Sharon is adept at developing and implementing accounting strategies to streamline customer service in a corporate environment.
Human Resources Business Partner
As the HR Business Partner, Amanda works with Senior Management within Toll Brothers, including the Golf Division, to drive business objectives via people-related strategies. She supports the role out and implementation of various initiatives, collaborating with Management and Centers of Excellence within the HR Department. Amanda joined Toll Brothers in 2016 and has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources. She obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
Human Resources Specialist
As the Human Resources Specialist on the Employee Relations Team, Megan counsels Toll Golf Management on sensitive employee issues as well as ensuring that Toll Brothers is complaint with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Megan joined Toll Brothers in 2014 and holds a B.A in Human Resources Management from Temple University.
Vice President Land & Amenity Development
Responsible for the design, construction and implementation of golf courses and country club facilities. Prior to joining Toll Brothers seven years ago, Ed worked for the PGA Tour and has overseen the design and construction of over 25 golf courses and country clubs throughout the country. Ed's extensive construction background and his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame have enabled him to complete some of the most luxurious golf club facilities in the country.
Assistant Vice President, Legal
Responsible for providing counsel and advice on all legal issues encountered by Toll Golf. In addition to these responsibilities, David is litigation counsel and labor and employment counsel to Toll Brothers. David is a graduate of Boston College and the Georgetown University Law Center.
Responsible for providing paralegal support to all facets of the Golf Division. Jeninne is a seasoned paralegal with both corporate and law firm experience, and over eighteen years in the legal field. Jeninne studied Business Communications at Arizona State University.
