In some cases, a golf membership is included in the home purchase price. In many of these instances, the member has the option to select their membership classification/dues structure.


14. If I choose to purchase a golf membership, must I do so when closing on my home?
No, you can wait to join. However, there is a cap on the number of golf memberships available in each community, so it is best to elect golf membership when you close on your home.  If you waive your right to purchase a golf membership at settlement, you can only purchase one on a first-come, first-served basis thereafter.
