Responsible for the design, construction and implementation of golf courses and country club facilities. Prior to joining Toll Brothers seven years ago, Ed worked for the PGA Tour and has overseen the design and construction of over 25 golf courses and country clubs throughout the country. Ed's extensive construction background and his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame have enabled him to complete some of the most luxurious golf club facilities in the country.

Serves as General Counsel for Toll Brothers' ancillary operations, including golf, mortgage, title, marketing, telecommunications, architecture, engineering, and community associations. David has over 20 years of legal experience representing the home building and the resort/entertainment industry, serving as both counsel and a board member for Toll Brothers Country Clubs. His main responsibilities include the production of club documents, legal guidance for Club operations, supervision of the turnover process, and he also manages the collection campaign for golf receivables. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, David served as General Counsel for the Quaker Group and for the Camden Riversharks minor league baseball team. Dave received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden.
