As the Director of Human Resources for the Toll Golf Division, Robbin works closely with Club Managers and Senior Management on all employee relations initiatives and issues. She is responsible for creating and implementing division policies, coaching managers on personnel issues, and working diligently with the clubs to assure HR compliance. Robbin joined Toll Brothers in 2001 and has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

 


Jacqueline Cunningham, Sr. Human Resources Specialist

As the Sr. Human Resource Specialist, Jacqueline is solely responsible for the administrative coordination of every employee in the Golf Division and works with Club Managers to address employee-related questions. Working closely with all levels of management at the clubs, Jacqueline provides coaching, guidance, and support on policy and procedure compliance. Prior to joining the Toll Golf Division in 2004, Jacqueline graduated with high honors from Lehigh University with her B.A. in Psychology.

 


Emilie Wolfe, Human Resources & Operations Assistant

As Human Resources & Operations Assistant, Emilie is responsible for supporting Human Resources and Corporate Management for Toll Brothers' Golf & Country Division. Emilie comes to Toll Brothers with experience as a Human Resources Intern at Finnegan Henderson, a Washington, DC law firm. Emilie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. She is currently pursuing her MBA.
